of the guy who mowed down all of those people. He got a public defender, but that won't be the attorney who gets him off.

1. No way any Central VA jury finds him not guilty, period -- he will be lucky if he doesn't get the DP in Virginia.

2. I bet good money he gets a Federal hate crime charge.

... gun for no reason and killed the girl for beating him up I thought said man would not get off either.
