That's where George W. Bush got his "news"...Card had a DVD burned daily from Fox News, that that was Junior's sole source of news and information.

The same thing's happening with Trump. The difference I see is that while Card obviously "filtered" the news...simply by virtue of the fact that the only source was Fox...he was far less vociferous in demanding that ONLY flattering content and stories that endlessly name-checked his great boss made it onto the DVD.
