Interesting timing that he is crawling out from under his wellfunded rock, shortly after the convictions of his mercenaries were reversed. Anyone else suspect that the timing is more than coincidence? Like, we have this little mess to tidy up?

We're going to spend more money for this privilege?
Is Trump trying to create his own Army? Is he that untrustworthy of the Generals that surround him?
