DNC feedback

I know many of us have concerns about the direction of the Democratic party. In order to act on my concerns, I sent some feedback to the DNC. If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to consider doing so. Make our voices heard. I expressed my concerns about sexism in the party and women's reproductive rights.

Great idea as well. I focused on Senator Harris and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi in my response. I am a women of color so I felt the need to speak up. I also mentioned that so they would have a clear picture who the writer was.

Sometimes, people forget to speak to the very people who need to hear.

Well posting on DU is useful for the sense of community and exchange of ideas. I also get to vent in a different way here. But if we want to have a say in shaping the Democratic party, we have to use our voices.

They're the ones who endorse and recruit candidates (at all levels).

The DNC might not listen to you but there's a 'chain of command.' The DNC oversees the 50 state parties. Each state party oversees the county parties. You can show up at your county party meeting.
