2. There's an article at Gizmodo that suggests Kelly has confiscated his phone

and is now doing all the Tweeting, throwing in enough Trumpisms to fool the foolish. I think the might have a point, things have changed over the last week or so.

It seems like Kelly has put Donnypoo back into military school and is exercising military discipline. We'll see how long it lasts. My best guess says not long, at all. Maybe until the end of Lazy Boy's vacation.
