The document you're referring to says he made a salary of OVER 100,000 in those years in question.

He was probably paid well over 100,000....maybe even millions.

Of course, the exact numbers are all in his tax returns.

Among all those millions, who's gonna notice a measly 100 K in the mix. Guy that successful can't waste his valuable time on all those pesky details. Details are for your people to manage. Now shut up and elect that pretty man your president.
