Ronmey is giving the Big Three interviews today.

It looks like he has picked the heavyweights of news broadcasting, Peter Alexander of NBC, Jon Karl for ABC, and Jan Crawford of CBS. Let's hope they aren't used by the campaign and that they will ask tough questions and demand answers and recognize diversions when they hear them? The Romney campaign knew they had to do something. After today, they can say they have addressed this issue with NBC, ABC, and CBS and that it is time to stop beating a "dead horse". Let's hope the press does it's job.

Mitt Romney will hold interviews today with ABC, NBC, and CBS, network sources tell POLITICO.

The recorded interviews will take place later this afternoon, and will air during the nightly news casts.

Jon Karl will interview Romney for ABC; Peter Alexander for NBC; and Jan Crawford for CBS. Romney's tenure at Bain Capital, which was called into question again yesterday, and his vice presidential pick will almost certainly be topics of discussion.

One network source said that Romney would also be giving an interview to Fox News, though the network did not respond to a request for confirmation.

That will be a first - they have all been campaign ads so far!

They will be the last to "interview" and they will help correct any thing Mitt misspoke on the other three networks.

Or even to disallow the entire interview if his handlers don't like how the interview went.

are they the type that will actually have all the facts and ask the hard questions?

Anyone?

Without a good reporter/journalist - these interviews are just spin control.

I doubt if he'll ever make that mistake again.
