(12,233 posts)"a desperate and unraveling campaign"... "demeans the office"... "dishonest"... "an act of desperation"...
These phrases clearly describe his own campaign team.
Seriously, the Republicans run Mr. Rich, out of touch, asshole during a time where the economy sucks, is stacked against the most in favor for the wealthiest.... Honestly, how did they think putting Mitt Romney up for selection was a good idea? Its pretty obvious that only because he was born on 3rd base and because of his Daddy, that he is where he is, he certainly doesn't seem all that bright, nor does he have a warm and caring demeanor.... He feels he's entitled to his time at being "President". Not exactly someone who is going to win over those in the undecided category, especially when he wants to bring the Bush policies back on steroids, give himself and his rich friends more tax cuts, and do nothing for the middle-class or the poor... The tea baggers where elected by screaming jobs, jobs, jobs, and won't pass one job's initiative. Most people feel in these times the wealthy need to pay more tax, and that the Govt needs to create more jobs, not hold back on all the work that we know needs to be done.
I hope the whole lot of them are thrown out. I really hope Eric Cantor is thrown out on his A$$... And even better, perhaps ole' Mitt will be investigated and charged with a crime.

Rmoney is already totally on the defensive and in react mode. The details are delicious, of course, but the overall picture of somebody totally not able to handle the "3am call," face down Putin, etc.
It does not matter what Obama's record was given that the GOP will lie about it, given the chance. Obama is making sure they don't have that chance.

(28,552 posts)Romney is running on his business background. If that background includes important lies and false filings, I think it is relevant.
Plus you have to remember, in some states we have to win by at least 5% to overcome the election fraud.

(18,115 posts)without going negative. Only a fool would not attack their opponent first, early and often. Keep them reeling. A candidate can simultaneously sing their own praises, but they absolutely MUST go negative.

(19,537 posts)I find it amusing that this play on words actually is being looked at on other web sites. Here's a link for your entertainment!

Or for that matter are web sites really aware of this play on words when they are just trying to say that some have it "wrong" when they say "bain" instead of "bane". I think subsconsciously, people are spelling it right!
