Hasn't a court of law already determined that FOX News is entertainment, and not news?
It seems to be a breach of the First Amendment to offer unsubstantiated comments as per se "news".
You can't indiscriminately yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater, not because it isn't protected by the Constitution as freedom of speech, but because it is inherently dangerous to the general public.
Allowing an entertainment group to claim its fantasies are tethered in reality should be similarly limited. There are now several generations of listeners and viewers that cannot discern the difference between the two. They are making decisions, including voting decisions, based on lies, innuendo and overt propaganda.

(2,101 posts)"documentary" about an expedition that discovered a mermaid washed up on shore. I started watching in the middle because I just happened on it. I didn't read the description. I thought it might be about sea turtles or something, so I started watching and very quickly became confused, and then annoyed. I wanted to be informed. I think they were going for entertaining. I was not entertained. 😒
