Dr. Richard E. Paulus - he's been in the news a lot in WV, Ohio and Ky.:
ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A federal court has appealed the motion for a new trial for an Ashland cardiologist, court records show.
Last month, Dr. Richard E. Paulus was acquitted of several counts of a conviction that he had performed unnecessary heart procedures on dozens of patients.
Paulus was scheduled to be sentenced April 25, but that was cancelled and a motion for a new trial was granted.
Paulus was accused of performing numerous medically unnecessary heart procedures during a five-year period and falsifying records in order to bill Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers. He is the namesake of the heart center at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.

Maybe he's going to draft the next version of Trumpcare.

I will never understand any veteran who supports Trump. EVER. He never served and has no idea of war except in his demented mind, and the way he has disparaged veterans makes me so, so angry.

(20,712 posts)Extremism serves, political, religious, or whatever. He's facing a trial, conviction, and probably jail time, so he's obsessing about HRC and frump and whatever: it's a distraction from reality.
To a lesser degree, that's how frump functions for his base: the association and identification with the money, the bullying, the controversy gets their minds off their own inadequacies and losses. That all shows up in the delirious hysterical behavior. They are in fact out of their minds, and they are happier out there.
