I don't think this guy ever gave a rat's ass about serving anyone. Mitt Romney is a collector and he wants to collect another 'accomplishment' - he wants the title of president.
I don't think he gives a rat's ass about actually serving the people. Being President is not just a title - you actually have to do work and from the state of Massachusetts after 4 years of Romney, I'm not too keen that we'll be better off after 4 years of Romney.

(95,337 posts)Obviously the Kennedy's. Joe Biden has a kid with a very bright potential. Just seems like the kids of Republican Dynasties are always out there trying to prove they are better than 'good ol dad'.

(2,940 posts)I would also add that he pretty much thinks he's owed the Presidency. He's incredibly wealthy after all, so he's obviously better than all us "common" folk, right?
He feels entitled to the presidency, and he can't quite believe that people are calling him out on his bullshit and questioning his honesty. He thought he could go through the motions and treat the campaign like a pageant, and the presidency would be pretty much handed to him, I bet. Because he deserves it, you guys! I mean, come on, doesn't he look like a President?
It's a subtle but important point.
