Trump is working at creating an even more acrimonious divide between Americans. His path to success is expunging the nation of LGBT, blacks, hispanics, progressives, liberals et al. ONLY lily white Christians are ENTITLED to the fruits of the this nation. And the GOP and religious right concur 100%. We have a permanent 30% who are determined to rule like the Afrikaners in South Africa.

Vote and election fraud, voter suppression, gerrymandering, media control et al is the way they plan to rule permanently. You can see Trump setting the stage along with the cooperative GOP. You have to worry about 2018 because the Democrats winning is a given.

I think killing blow for liberal democracy was SCOTUS allowing unlimited dark money in political campaigns.

We are all under the thumb of the 1%ers like the koch bros. America is their play toy now. The Russian dictator is no different than Trump or any other rich republican except he can disappear his opponents permanently.

A goal of the right wing in this country as well, I have no doubt.
