Remember this tweet?

Obama sent 35 Russian diplomats home as part of his sanctions. Putin said he would not retaliate immediately, that he was the bigger man and would wait.

So how about now that Putin is sending 755 of our diplomats home? Is Putin still very smart? Oh glorious leader, what do you think of Putin now?

Someone is going to suffer the wrath of Pootie Poot...

that there's an old Trump tweet for every occasion.

He's a living Hallmark outlet store of ass-biting Twitter karma.

He booted our diplomats after Congress took action, but before Trump even had a chance to sign the bill. By doing that, Putin allows Trump to do what he has to do (politically). Putin gets to do what he wants in response to Congress, not Trump, and they both avoid some awkwardness on the international stage.

Not surprising. Some bosses will ocassionally do nice things for their employees...

Could be something he wants (or doesn't care happens). But if tRump is the only one not following the new policy of keeping Russia at arm's length, his friendliness with Putin is a lot more difficult to explain away.

Putin was playing it cool back in December because he thought he held the trump card. Too bad he only had the old maid.
