So if Rommy wasn't running Bain Capital, who was?

According to the SEC filing Rommy was "sole stockholder, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president" of Bain Capital but he said he was totally disassociated from the company so someone else must have performed the functions of the "sole stockholder, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president" .

Who was this?

It wasn't chairman of the board, because that was Rommy.
It wasn't the president, because that was Rommy.
It wasn't the CEO, because that was Rommy.

So who was making all the decisions for the company during this period?

For that matter, who was running the board meetings since the board chairman wasn't involved for several years?

He needs to explain who was doing his job while he wasn't there.

It must be someone he trusted implicitly because the person was making major decisions totally without Rommy's input or involvement. If something went wrong Rommy would be held responsible because he was the official "sole stockholder, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president".

Who was this person that he trusted so blindly and so completely?
And why would he do this?
If he wasn't involved but why didn't he inform SEC of the change?
Why keep his name up there where all the responsibility lay?

She twitched her nose and created two Romneys. One stayed at Bain and the other Frenched her.

Jul 2012

He claims he keeps all his money in trusts that he "doesn't control". That he has an "administrator" who is responsible for all those millions/billions and to keep the money rolling. Cheney got away with the same bullshit. So...who is this "administrator"...and what is he actually administering. Is he investing this money offshore or into blind accounts? Are they being used to skirt US taxes? And...if the administrator isn't doing his/her fiduciary responsibility, can Mittens fire him/her? And we know how much Willard likes to fire people.

Keep asking the questions...

...it takes no time at all to change corporate officers with the secretary of state where the corp was incorporated. So...where was Bain incorporated? IMO, it should be an easy task to ck on what it takes to change the officers and what the filing due dates are for the list of officers.

I smell total bullshit on Romney's claim that it took time to make the changes -- what a bunch of shit. I can change corp officers on a NV corp almost instantly.

they certainly don't stay hidden. They usually have their names front and center when they are the boss.

Why don't we know who was running the Bain show during those years?
