Blogger: Mitt Romney should drop out of the race while it's still possible

Mitt Romney lied about when he left Bain Capital. According to a story in the July 12 Boston Globe, Romney continued to be listed as CEO of the venture capital corporation until 2002, three years after he claims he left the company.

Mitt Romney should call a press conference immediately to announce he is dropping out of the GOP presidential primary. He should release his delegates. He should do this without delay if there is any hope of a Republican victory in the 2012 Presidential election.

I say he should stay in as long as possible. I don't want Rove's and the Koch's millions to benefit a candiate with an ounce of character.

You brought the POS to the dance, you go home with him...

He's our easiest opponent. If they put a hardliner in there, the hardliner will win. When they run a psycho, the psycho, fair or not, always wins. When they run a milquetoast they always lose. This is all coming too early.

who would the GOP put up instead at this point?

He was the best (which isn't saying much!) of a bad bad lot to choose from.

I think they should just forfeit.

I wonder what Independents are thinking about this? If they're thinking at all, or paying attention.

They'll continue to prop him up. They want their Romney the Robosigner in the Oval Office. They don't care how big of a lying, immoral, unethical, greedy, felonious, vacuum-packed idiot he is. As long as he can sign his name to THEIR legislation.
