Woman says she's leaving husband because he won't support Trump

http://www.wcnc.com/news/nation-now/woman-says-shes-leaving-husband-because-he-wont-support-trump/460153713

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) - The wife of a Florida Democratic state prosecutor says she is getting divorced - in part because she supports President Donald Trump and he doesn't.

Lynn Aronberg said in a press release Thursday that she is "amicably" divorcing Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg.

Lynn Aronberg says she is a "staunch Republican and supporter of President Trump," while her husband is not. She says that fact led her to feel "increasingly isolated in the marriage."

The 37-year-old former Miami Dolphins cheerleader and public relations consultant said she is getting a $100,000 settlement, including a new BMW and $40,000 in cash.

The man saw something grossly sexual in each ink blot, which he described in salacious detail. Finally the disgusted psychiatrist said, "You are the worst sex pervert I have ever encountered." The man replied, "You're the one with all the dirty pictures!"

Actually, this woman would be a perfect partner for the soon to be divorced Mooch.

The tweet was dated May 2016 so they've been married since May 2015 at the earliest. Trump didn't announce until June 2015 so unless he somehow knew n advance that he was going to run and win and that she was going to be such a rabid supporter of Trump you really can't fault him on this issue

What's funny about this is that she is probably one of the most apolitical people I've ever met. I can see her not being a Trump supporter but never in a million years would I have expected her to feel so strongly that she would be that mad about her boyfriend being one.

Stop her cold in her tracks from getting his money, minus a very small pre determined amount to make it "fair". Doesn't sign it with her own lawyer so it can't be thrown out for "duress", then no marriage.

Talk about narcissistic. Who gives a damn if you're getting divorced. Look at me! I used to be a Dolphins cheerleader! And thanks for announcing the terms. Again, who gives a rat's ass? Will media outlets use any press release that comes over the transom? Oh, and poor me. Being a Trump supporter led to my isolation. She sure whines like Trump. Go shake your pom poms somewhere else.

"Waah, I feel isolated because I support Pres. Rubio (or Pres. Cruz), and you're a Democrat making all sorts of nasty comments about him!". Or, "Waahh, I feel isolated because I hate Hillary - what with the lying about Bengazi and her Emails - and you support her and her policies!"

I've met a few like that. One almost became a step-sister in law. Girls with "Country-Club-Lady-of-Leisure" moms, who, if they can't get their MR in college, get into a "career" they can hobnob with the well off and famous to look for someone that can take care of them - or whom they can divorce and get a good settlement from if it doesn't work out the way they want it. They know how to act high society and coquette at the same time, and they use it and their looks as well-honed tools.

Hey, he was handsome, and well off, and an easy catch because he probably believed her when she told him she was apolitical and loved puppies and kids, or whatever. Too bad it didn't work out...but after this little bit of investment bolster her credentials, she can now probably find some other well off guy who fits her personal outlook a bit better on her own terms - and this time it might "take".
Or maybe not, depending on the pre-nup.

People that have similar values tend to have better relationships, though there are obvious examples of people with political differences who are in long stable relationships. Prior to President Obamas terms, even with the acrimony of the Clinton years, the values of most Republicans and Democrats were not fundamentally different, the extreme right was on the fringes, and the argument was the extent of what the national government should be doing. With the advent of Right Wing radio and the new breed of Trump extremist, that chemistry has changed.

We used to argue from the same set of facts and the conflict was on the interpretation and predictive powers of the information. Now, the facts continue to be on the side of Liberals but the Right Wingers have their own media universe that inundates them with false information.

I might be able to have a relationship with a person who saw things from a different perspective politically, but Trump supporters go beyond that and have a different moral and ethical (or lack thereof) system. Its better that they split now, before bringing children into the situation.

I feel bad for her. You can pretty much see that 3 years into the future no one will admit to having supported Trump.

If you're throwing away your marriage for a 71 year old former reality star with a major personality disorder that has record disapproval ratings...you're doing life wrong.
