Pro Tip: DU's rules about excerpts for copyright-protected content

do not apply to DUers who have their own blogs or websites that use owner-written content, monetized or otherwise. Those DUers are perfectly free to post the full-length articles from their own sites, as long as the material is original. There's no need to post just a short excerpt and a link to your blog or website, whether or not it contains many ads that generate revenue for you.

Isn't that great? By posting the complete content, you'll save lots of time for DUers, who can read your words of wisdom without leaving DU. It just demonstrates how smart the DU Admins are, since they only restrict people from copying the entire content from websites not owned by the poster.

Post it all freely, DU bloggers and owners of your own content!
