What would the advantage be of becoming the Ferraro to Romney's Mondale?

The Bentsen to his Dukakis?

The Kemp to his Dole?

The Palin to his McCain?

Palin became a superstar because of being McCain's VP.

I'm sure there are plenty who would love the exposure. Losing isn't always losing. Romney will be fine after he loses, and his running mate will be also.

I think she is seen as a raising star in the party, but doubt he would go with a ticket with 2 New Englanders on it. Could be a further turn off to the deep south and mid-west.
