I check their tweets frequently. They are simply one more source to what is happening, though at the rumor end of the spectrum. If you want just the facts, then you want major media sources only. But I think it is quite possible that the leaks and rumors that show up in their accounts are part of the pushback on Trump from the IC. I find this interesting, but clearly YMMV.
