(90,773 posts)on their co-payment to get either their chemo or radiation - often both - and people, other patients, would pitch in to make up the difference.
Can McCain or any of the GOP imagine having to do that? Do they have an idea what that must feel like?
Going to your cancer treatment anyway and hoping that someone can help you out because you don't have the money to get the treatment to save your life. Not enough money to cover even a small co-payment.
Hoping against hope that it would somehow all work out.

They would be like George Bush when he said how great it was that a person would have to work three jobs to get by.
