McConnell just made a statement begging his own party, who controls the vote, to let him start the process toward ACA repeal.

It doesn't sound like he has the votes, heading over to caucus with Pence.

i can't listen to him, i can only read about his misdeeds. same with trump. same with several of his cabinet members. same with most republican congresspeople. i try to watch a hearing but then i have to mute it when they start with the bullshit.
