1. There are lots of merit badges that might interest Trump

Here are a few:

Truck Transportation (we know he likes to sit in the driver's seat and honk the horn)
Personal Fitness (maybe not)
Sings, Signals and Codes (for use with the Russians)
Salesmanship (he probably already stole that one)
Mammal Study (speaks for itself)
Woodwork (a subtle, but dirty joke)
Motorboating (another dirty joke)
And, of course, there's Water Sports (wink)

2. I guessing that this is satire since...

it's not in the Time's transcript of speech: so I'm guessing that it must be.


FWIW.... I HATE that I even have to wonder and now research to be sure because the reality of Trump is stranger than fiction.
