Even if the ACA repeal doesn't take place until 2020

Will that still destabilize the insuance markets and will the impact will be felt immediately?

What will the immediate impact be?

even to their own members. On top of that they change their minds daily. Third, the W House says one thing (which changes hourly) and the GOP the other.

Hospitals, insur companies, etc are all in chaos since they have no idea what to plan for.

Jobs, individual states' budgets, subsidies/personal finances,....are all effected, not just health care.

Simply not the right thing to do, but I won't be surprised if they pull the repeal vote off. They have vile, ignorant white wingers to pacify.
