Joe Manchin says if Kushner doesn't testify publicly, Kushner's transcript should be released: "Make everything as transparent as possible.

He's often an unreliable Democrat, but he's a Dem nonetheless.

And corruption is often an issue that can gloss over ideological differences within a party.
