How and when will Mueller issue his report?

Just wondering if he will hold a news conference and take questions or just issue a written statement.
Also wondering if he will finish before or after the 2018 midterms.
It seems like there are so many people and so many avenues that he has to investigate.
I really want the report to come out before the midterms.

1. It's at least a year out

Maybe more. These investigations run years, especially if complex.

About 3 1/2 months before midterms.
Goppers will be running and screaming away from him in many Congressional districts when the report comes out.

It's not really his job to elect Democrats and I doubt that he feels any pressure to time its release to do so.

Mueller is like a pointer standing in a field of quail and not knowing where to point (as we say in the South).

Pretty soon every lawyer in Washington will either be investigating something the tRump gang has announced or else hired for the defense. It's a good year to be an attorney!
