Jared Kushner will not be required to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth...

Senior aide and son-in-law to President Donald Trump, Jared Kushner will not be asked to take the oath while testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Monday.

Kushner will speak behind closed doors to the committee but he won’t be required to swear an oath, according to The Washington Post.

... means absolutely nothing to these people anyway.

I always laugh at admonitions to Trump & Co to not delete/destroy emails and other damning communications - as though that stops them from doing exactly that.

When you have zero regard for the law, you have even less regard for those who insist you are duty-bound to uphold it.

The reason Trump and his followers have gotten as far as they have in finances and politics is in large part because they push dishonest viewpoints to the highest level. The battle this is turning out to be is not just repubs vs demos or conservative vs liberal this is a battle between the truth and deception. Congress has of yet shown the capacity to take on the Trump lies face to face and letting Kushner continue to promote their dishonest viewpoints is a disservice to the nation.

The only chance we have is getting back to the truth but the rupubs seem okay with continuing to allow the Trump clan to push their dishonesty as long as they have a chance of taking more from the minority classes. The problem is that the Repubs are letting Trump in so deep that they might now have the ability to dislodge Trump once they no longer think he is useful.

I am concerned Trump and 36% of US population is going to take us down the road of deception like Hit ler did with Germany.

And raise holy hell until Grassley changes his mind.

Every Democrat should start their questioning with some statement that the witnesses should be under oath and that even not under oath, lying to congress is a felony.

Turn up the heat on that bastard Grassley.

Is this important or not!
