Not only do we have address each and everything with our big tent of interest, we also have to have a recently revised, time appropriate, doable and ready to implement policies.

One may actually have to think and read. God forbid. Simply, lives at stake.

And rightfully so.

Then again, that is the point of this "thought" exercise.

First question I would ask from yours is what do you have against SS. What do you have against SNAP? Is the party leaving these core issues behind.

Of course I know you aren't. It's the absurdity of the "thought" experiment.

I would prefer something like this.

That's an efficient and effective way to appeal only to the lowest common denominator. The GOP interpreted your tactic as "God, Guns and Gays."

Efficient and effective indeed...

their agenda, presumably Monday. The tagline is:A Better Deal: Better Skills, Better Jobs, Better Wages. Schumer has stated he wants 5-6 sharp, clear policy points that can be explained/described in 5 words. So, it's a little over the 3 bullet points but headed in the right direction.

Dana Milbank at Wapo wrote a rather snarky Oped about the the rollout because . . .that's what he does. But Dem leadership has been listening and working behind the scenes. And that's a good thing.

The problem is, we currently have no message. I'd like to see a clean, formatted "summary" that can be viewed and understood in under 10 seconds.
