About that 2nd meeting with Putin which lasted an hr.?

MSNBC has been stating all day that while Putin brought a Translator... Trump didn’t bring one other American in to this meeting.....

Not even bringing a Translator with him?.. Seems to me that Donald was trying to be extra extra careful.
This is a huge story!!!

Of course the republican Draft-Dodger-in-Chief obeyed. Thereby meeting clandestinely to further weaken and to further sellout the United States of America to the holder of his nuts, his debt, and his heinous, hurl-provoking kompromat.

Disgusting. Deplorable.

My reading of these remarks does not insinuate that Trump is gay. I think the poster is suggesting that Putin holds power over Trump. More like rape. It has nothing to do with sexuality.

suggest Putin and Trump are having sex, as an insult: It's the hypocrisy, not being gay per se. He is vile enough, anything is acceptable as an insult. And now - it's rape, not consensual sex being suggested.

There are three (at least) comments in this thread suggesting sexual activity between Trump and Putin in the second meeting. After a crap-ton of them in the threads about the first meeting. And in virtually every other thread about Trump in which one could imagine using same-gender sexual activity as a slap in the face.

Sorry, but using same gender sexual activity as a battering ram against Trump is done for sport with such regularity around here, it is unlikely that that this single post is not playing off of that meme.

and I agree with you. It's misogynistic in a backwards way. I will read comments on these threads with a different perspective. Thank you for elevating my understanding.

They never met alone because they wanted a corroborating witness. Trump would always lie. With no other American there (remember the Oval Office meeting with the Russians and Russian TV but no Americans) Trump can make up anything.

After his father sent him away to military school something happened to him. When I read this phrase from the NYT it struck me, "The dinner discussion caught the attention of other leaders around the table, some of whom later remarked privately on the odd spectacle of an American president seeming to single out the Russian leader for special attention at a summit meeting that included some of the United States’ staunchest, oldest allies". He was being the sixth grade bully.

As a teacher in a junior high school I observed sixth grade boys and girls for 38 years. This is exactly how a bully solidifies power. In the cafeteria they hold court at their table with their toadies. They make sure to do it with the rest of the class watching. And they whisper, laugh and act like they are having the best time ever! That is what Donnie was doing and our most faithful allies were the target. I'm not saying some things might have been said that were important, the aim however was to show the allies what they were missing and how they weren't part of the cool crowd.

Letting world leaders know loud and clear who he's in bed with now. Apparently he didn't stop and talk to any of the others like that.
