What was really discussed in that meeting?

We haven't gotten a straight story. We have gotten lies. There were 8 people in that room in Trump Tower and there is no reason to believe that the meeting lasted 20 minutes.

I believe the meeting lasted a rather long time and that it was part of a series of discussions on making a deal with the Russians in exchange for assistance, by whatever means necessary, in getting Trump elected. Maybe I'm wrong.

What are the odds of Mueller finding out the truth?

3. My opinion...

The meeting was a quid pro quo event.

The Russians represented their quid vis a vis the dossier of dirt that WAS delivered to Donnie 1/2 Scoop and friends.
The Trump campaign signaled their quo vis a vis an agreement to relax sanctions on Russia after the election, a softening of US positions on hardline anti-Russian issues like Crimea and Ukraine and future considerations as warranted AFTER a "win".

The Russians entered this meeting only hoping to see how much bait the Trumps would take....they were probably STUNNED at the eagerness and ignorance of the people involved. They may have already know much of this from previous dealings with Manafort in Ukraine and Trump 2 Scoops in real estate dealings and loans. They were likely stunned by the duplicity of 1/2 scoop and the stooge (Kushner).

After that initial meeting, to believe that NO other meetings occurred strains credulity to the breaking point for anyone.

There were follow up meetings, and judging by the lack of awareness from the people involved, there are likely detailed records of them as well.

Mueller will find them. The question is what does Trump do once it becomes obvious that Mueller has the goods...there is plenty of more to come, the problem is that Pravda 2.0 (aka Fox) is busily shilling for Trump and disseminating the propaganda that collusion is no crime and no big deal to seek the 'help' of a foreign adversary in an election.

They colluded. They conspired. They covered it up. They should be convicted...in my eyes it IS treason. They should be condemned.
