If McConnell and Ryan were that smart, they would attach the repeal to a Public Medicare buy-in, make that buy-in OPTIONAL, and apply all the provisions of the ACA to that amendment ONLY (so that the idjits who want to buy private forprofit ins for themselves can go back to doing it the Old Way, and the rest of us don't have to get fucked right along with them).

They're not nearly that smart.
