Why believe at face value the statements that the Russians offered NOTHING against Sec. Clinton, when that was the expressed purpose of the meeting?

But acceptance without question by the media that an exchange of politically germane information did not occur is mind boggling! They are all liars so why would the media pretend they have to be telling the truth about not providing the information that promoted this meeting attended by known operatives of a foreign hostile power and the highest circle of the candidate's team. The only reason orange blimpo wasn't there was plausible denial and my guessis that he was listening in (participating) from another floor. I would look at it from the other way and expect the conspirators to show proof that they didn't provide the "damaging information" as they had promised before the meeting.
