The Mueller investigation needs to be complete first?

We have to wait months or years before anything comes down?

Could indictments be handed down while the investigation continues or will Mueller wait until everything is completed for statregic reasons?

that are either public or known by the defendant be used as the basis for an impeachment trial? Would such a trial jeopardize an ongoing prosecution?
