With all this Russian hacking what about DU being taken off line for

for a couple weeks on election day? Does anyone know who did it? Do we know if there were Russian fingerprints
on that attack. Has it been investigated? Was DU shut down to stop people from reporting or discussing election irregularities?

I know there are others out there but I stopped looking when I found DU. It felt like I'd found my way home when I first landed here. It still fits my interests and needs most of time. Just not during primaries. Lol.

Some people have the opinion we don't matter and others think it was more important. I have heard DU mentioned on most national
talk shows both liberal and conservative, over the years, so apparently it carries some weight.

DU is known to be a forum that has a quick rate of idea sharing and a very collaborative and active community with experts in many fields. To keep us all unable to communicate immediately after the election would be valuable to Team Turdface and the Russkis.
