Rep. Lieu: Writing NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER (Peter Smith) seems awfully suspicious

Ted Lieu? @tedlieu 7m7 minutes ago

You don't need to be a prosecutor to know that someone writing NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER in connection with a death seems awfully suspicious.

This is common and I have read The Final Exit book that tells you how to do it. There IS evidence that he did purchase two tanks from Walmart before doing this in fact.

...I assume they'd have the same access to The Final Exit book.

Investigators reportedly declined to look at store tapes to see if Smith had actually purchased the tanks.

Police admit that they have not looked at the videos to make sure he was the one purchasing the tanks.

The key rules

* The "suicide clause." Usually, this clause states that no death benefit will be paid if the insured commits suicide within two years of taking out a policy.

Whenever an insured person replaces an existing life insurance policy with a new one, the time clock for the suicide clause is set back to zero and starts over again.

But we shouldn't go down the road the GOP went down. Let the evidence and facts go where they go and defend the right of this special counsel to go down that path.

We are fighting a (political) war against ruthless enemies within, but still people insist we must play by the Marcus of Queensbury rules.

That Smith would accuse HRC of either killing him or driving him to suicide? He had such an irrational hatred of her that it seems reasonable to think that he would try one last stab.

How come it never occurs to people like him that, after all the investigations, special prosecutors, and accusations, that all that ever came of anything was harassment over a blowjob? If they can't accept that the Clintons are and always have been innocent, they have to accept that rethugs are laughably incompetent at getting to the truth. The haters went past pathetic decades ago.
