Jared is in the most legal jeopardy and has been revealing more to his lawyers and FBI including the emails in order to correct his security clearance paperwork. He has an entire staff working for him in WH that could have leaked. He would have known Jr. would probably not face any legal repercussions unless Jr. was caught lying to FBI or under oath and Jr. can plead 5th without repercussions since he is not a govt official.

and that his role was minimal- to give him more cover for having left the meeting off his security form.

Publication of this story resulted in the NBC interview with the Russian lawyer who said Jared left in middle of the meeting, which if true somewhat minimizes his complicity.
