Wed Jul 11, 2012, 03:30 PM
Jul 2012

From the story: <<"Indeed, Romney at times found himself adjusting his prepared remarks - with its typically business-oriented language - for his audience and sounded like an like an instructor explaining policy. Once he noted the slow growth of the GDP, the Gross Domestic Product, only to quickly adjust by adding "the economy." >>>

"adjusted his language??" WTF?? This is a convention of accomplished and intelligent people, they fucking KNOW what the GDP is?? What the article smoothed over is that he was TALKING DOWN to them, as if they didn't understand wtf it was. Romney is so out of touch... The people I see in the photos here look like intelligent, and thoughtful people who don't need someone to "change their business language" so they'll understand. "GDP" is not a business term... it's an economic term.

Surprised the dipshit and his useless crew didn't bring a rapper to interpret.

He'd say something and then say, "Now, what that means is...." It was infuriating. The dead-from-the-neck-up waste of skin thought that just because he had to have things explained to him in terms a five-year-old could understand meant that everyone had to have things explained to them that way.

I'm sure all conservatives that've seen it are cheering him on. Bet even FAUX News shows it every few minutes or so.

It's just funny to me that that would be the wasteful spending example he'd have. He could've come up with something else that he knew everyone would agree with. That's why I think it was intentional and that maybe his staff and handlers bet him he wouldn't say it.

At least he has a consistent message he sticks to and doesn't care who he presents it to. All the clips I saw were only up to the booing part. They didn't continue on to show how he justified his statement to the group.

Guess the African American vote isn't that critical to him winning anyway what with disenfranchisement, voter roll purges and all. The fix is in.
