Why does the Right talk ceaselessly about cutting taxes?

This is why, when the Right claims they are not racist I simply laugh in their lying faces, no matter how they protest.
Not only are they racist, but they continue to use the same secret coded racist language that Reagan and Bush Sr. (due to Atwater's influence) used. They use it for craven naked political advantage. They only care abut getting Repubs elected,. They probably aren't even sincerely racist in a cultural way. They're too self aware and cunning. They just USE the racism of others to win. It's evil.
