No WAY In F__king Hell, Mittens

Romney and the NAACP
By David Weigel | Posted Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 9:39 AM ET

The candidate in Houston today, making a speech, effectively, to black America. It will not win him many black votes, and that's why it's so interesting to read. In early excerpts, Romney returns to the theme he's used with every potential voter wedge. Forget your pet issues. Look at the jobs numbers.

(puke alert) here:

MITTENS

I believe that if you understood who I truly am in my heart, and if it were possible to fully communicate what I believe is in the real, enduring best interest of African American families, you would vote for me for president.

The Republican-led crusade for voter ID laws has been revealed as a cynical ploy to disenfranchise as many likely Democratic voters as possible, with poor people and minorities the main targets.

Recent developments in Pennsylvania — one of more than a dozen states where voting rights are under siege — should be enough to erase any lingering doubt: The GOP is trying to pull off an unconscionable crime.

And yes, I know a lot of blacks, have many friends who are black, and live next to a black family. I'm proud of that. They aren't "African" Americans - they're Americans. Hell, I change race every summer. And yes, blacks DO need to use sunscreen just like every other person. The pigments don't stop skin cancer.

I doubt rMoney has ever met a black person other than Obama. I doubt he actually knows any Hispanics. They might work for him at minimum wage, but I'm sure he has servants to administer those affairs.
