Hobby Lobby to return smuggled Iraqi artifacts, pay $3 million fine

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/hobby-lobby-to-return-smuggled-iraqi-artifacts-pay-3-million-fine-2017-07-05

Arts-and-crafts chain Hobby Lobby has agreed to hand over thousands of illicit Iraqi artifacts and pay $3 million to settle a civil forfeiture action brought by the Department of Justice, federal prosecutors announced Wednesday.
The crafts retailer began to collect “historically significant manuscripts, antiquities and other cultural materials” around 2009, according to prosecutors.

This Christian Company, against their religion to pay for birth control, has no problem breaking the Ten Commandments.

They ran a full page ad in our paper on the 4th, basically saying that the USA is for Christians. May the go bankrupt soon!

.

An individual doing this would see prison time, along with a fine.

To a business, just a fine and a hearty, "Good day, sir!"

that we need to start arresting corporations.

Threaten them with 5 years of closed businesses, and they'll be begging to no longer be considered people.

"With Hobby Lobby's consent they were falsely labeled as 'ceramics' and 'samples' and illegally shipped to Hobby Lobby stores and two corporate offices, according to the DOJ."

" 'We should have exercised more oversight and carefully questioned how the acquisitions were handled,' Hobby Lobby President Steve Green said in the statement."

When you get stopped by security just offer to return it to the shelf and pay them for their trouble. See how that works out.
