I am glad to see that a judge in Florida has common sense!

The "stand your ground" law was ruled unconstitutional. If someone could link the story, I would be very thankful! He went on to say that the state overstepped their authority in passing the law! I have a funny feeling this will end up in the Supreme Courts in the near future?
