President Hillary Clinton is to blame for North Korea's ICBM-test.

It's her weakness. Her failed foreign-policy. Something like that would never have happened under a President Trump. President Trump would have had a brillant plan to stop North Korea's nuclear program.

This missile-test is merely one more symptom for Washington's failed policies and priorities. President Hillary Clinton is a failure and that's why North Korea now has the capacity to strike at the US.
