searching for something else or it bubbled up last week from the media discussions (and denials from the Drumpf camp) about his "stoking violence". But I saw the video out there (and it may have been linked to here on DU too).

Over the past 20+ years, he has been heavily (and personally) involved in the "entertainment" world -via various ventures (casinos, beauty pageants, wrestling, boxing, television). So that aspect has given him the greatest amount of adulation and "power" when his real estate ventures were bankrupting left and right. So it seems natural for him to return to that (and that is why he does "rallies" rather than press conferences).
