but also shows things trending (right now) toward Romney--slightly.

Still has Obama's chances at 67.3%

I think Obama needs to do two things:

1) Point out that Romney's plan is to cut taxes and TRUST the rich to keep their money here--something he himself doesn't do.

2) Unleash Biden. He has come up w/ some great stuff in recent months.
