As horrible as Trump is, he would support anything to get a petty legislative win. The message should be about the GOP.
The Republicans have been jonesing to do this since Obamacare was passed because they don't want anything in the government to work. Gutting health care is just the first step in the destruction of the New Deal.
The "Death for Taxcuts Act" is not a good name, but that is the idea that needs to be conveyed.
I would love to hear your ideas.
