Wait, I have just been reminded of the late great Vasily Alexseyev. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasily_Alexeev He set 80 world records for weightlifting. He himself weighed 357 pounds, so getting up in the morning would surpass most people's weightlifting abilities.
