These kind of protests are very effective. The police have a hard time removing people in heavy electric wheel chairs and it really looks horrible for repubs if the press actually covers it.

(12,821 posts)... with no evidence, mind you, as "paid protesters" faking their own disabilities -- because that's what Republicans themselves would do.
Of course, silly agitators like James O'Keefe would actually sit in a wheelchair with white powder in his hair and lines painted on his face, wrapped in a blanket, shivering, looking for all the world like a young guy in stage makeup acting stereotypically "old" in a junior high play, and Republican voters would still believe it.
