The idiots always run home to daddy. Plus the GOP cheats at every turn. This is a major uphill climb.

We've got the polls, the money and the demographics in our favor, and there has been national GOTV calling for months. I know, I've done some!

3. I certainly want him to win.

But I know better than to get my hopes up. It would be nice if the early voting put him far ahead of the game.

But I also keep in mind that Hillary had an "insurmountable" lead in early votes in Florida. Look how that turned out.

I don't mean to be pessimistic, I think I'm being realistic. We have to win by five or more to get the win by one. That's how egregiously they cheat.

6. This is how I feel

I have hope and I want to be optimistic but we've seen this so many times before. His best shot was getting more than 50% to begin with... when Handel only got 17% from her supporters and the votes were all over the place for the repugs. Then as soon as the news started reporting Ossoff's lead, the negatives ads became far more aggressive against him. It's disgusting. Just this morning GMA reported that this will be a HUGE knock on Trump if Ossoff wins but if Handel wins, it will mean that people in this are are still strongly supporting him. Really? How about they just can't stand to see a Democrat win in this area?
