Robert Mueller Just Hired Trumps Worst Nightmare

Ruh roh...

Benedict Donald should be getting to the panic stage by now...

"Weissman, known for his time as head of the U.S. Justice Department’s criminal fraud section, has made a career out of getting witnesses to flip on one another. Weissman was instrumental in the investigation of Enron, which concluded with numerous executives being sent to prison for extended periods of time. He has also made a name for himself in Brooklyn, New York, where he successfully investigated multiple organized crimes. All of these cases relied heavily on Weissman’s witness-flipping experience and abilities."

The biggest size fits up to a 64-inch waist. According to http://www.doctorzebra.com/prez/z_x27pyjama_g.htm, William Howard Taft only had a 54-inch waist, and Taft is still the fattest president we've ever had...though if he keeps having two scoops when everyone else gets only one and we don't impeach the bastard fairly soon, that may change.

Mon Jun 19, 2017, 02:05 PM
Jun 2017

Many federal crimes have statutory mandatory minimums, 10 to life, 20 to life, sometimes mandatory life. 5K1 provides that (except for certain low level drug offenders) the ONLY way to get below the mandatory minimum is to cooperate to the satisfaction of the government. That's what gets people to flip, and all federal prosecutors use this tool very successfully.

Andrew Weissman is the expert...perhaps in the nation..on .."witness-flipping" Which will be totally necessary if the people very close to Trump and Trump himself are to be charged and convicted..This isn't pretty, and perhaps it is very ugly, but the best, is still the best. Trump is used to making "deals" to get out of trouble..If a close associate "flips" on Trump..then the deal has already been made, and Trump himself is in danger....

Let us hope this results in resignation or being charged with a crime. Mueller is going for the jugular. and that is great....

So don't hold you breath waiting for Trump to be RICO'd. And Ford pardoning Nixon set the precedent. No former President will ever face criminal trial or imprisonment.

And it's going to be even harder when your investigation's target has the absolute authority to commute or pardon people's crimes. And Trump would probably perform mass commutations or pardons in order to disguise his motives. He'd be widely praised for doing such things, especially if he couched it in terms of reforming our criminal justice system.

I'd settle for winning big in 2018 and 2020 and taking our country back.

And got himself elected to the Presidency. I'd accuse him of many things, but incompetence isn't one of them. Especially when it comes to his own personal and financial protection.

He fights incredibly hard on even the little cases. On an important case like this, Trump will have a thousand lawyers drafting motions, compromising witnesses and investigating his opposing counsel.

I'm positive Trump has already drafted the pardons of people Mueller would make deals with to get dirt on Trump.
