Is it now time for a Commission to investigate the Russian interference?

The House and Senate Intel Committees are much more partisan than they are pretending, in my opinion.

We saw the hearing with Jeff Sessions the other day. John McCain is not even on the Committee but was permitted to come in and rattle off some nonsense that nobody understood. He was not there to look for any positive solutions. As was Tom Cotton, who ridiculed the entire investigation in his defense of Jeff Sessions.

The House Committee, with Jason Chaffetz and Trey Gowdy has never pretended to be fair. They are looking to blindside their Committee at every opportunity.

Now, everyone is wondering if Trump is going to fire the Deputy AG or the Special Counsel or both? Where would that leave us?

That is why this would be an opportune time to create a Commission to investigate this questionable bunch of flim-flams. It is obvious to anyone that wishes to look closely that they cannot be trusted.

He cannot fire a Commission.

So there is zero public oversight.

Who can be trusted to investigate this impartially if it is done behind closed doors?

Who can be trusted to appoint those who woukd work behind closed doors?

A commission only publishes their findings ...
so there will not be the "public" knowledge factor people desire

The election issues are critical & urgent..
A commission is slow and secretive...

As for the Senate Intelligence Committee
McCain was there because he is 1 of 4 ex-officio members.....
The Senate Intelligence Committee members are:
Richard Burr,
Jim Risch,
Marco Rubio,
Susan Collins,
Roy Blunt,
James Lankford,
Tom Cotton,
John Cornyn,

Mark Warner,
Dianne Feinstein,
Ron Wyden,
Martin Heinrich,
Angus King,
Joe Manchin,
Kamala Harris,

Ex officio
John McCain,
Mitch McConnell,
Jack Reed,
Chuck Schumer

I am actually quite surprised that the KGOP are not pushing for a special investigative commission...
As that would make their lives sooooo much easier
And buy them the time they need to continue hacking the vote in 2018 ......
