5. The way I read the letter, it was Feinstein's REQUEST to Grassley asking for a hearing.

I didn't see that he has agreed with her. But maybe I'm missing something. HOPE it happens!

7. Back story to the letter:

Grassley had given her a letter a couple weeks ago, stating he would agree to an investigation,
( he is repub) if she wanted, and she said yes. A courtesy thing, a united show of force thing.

Now she, in turn, the day after the Senate Judiciary Committee said they are investigating Trump'''
is sending him this letter, this public agreement, for further investigation, and he did sign off on it.

To sum up:
both the House and the Senate judiciary Committees are investigating, as well as both the House and teh Senate Intelligence Committees, plus they have agreed to share their findings with Mueller.
PLUS
The US Treasury, and the FBI, plus NY State Attorney General for RICOcharges, which Trump has zero power to stop.

I would love it at this point if Chris Christy could help them out...

Oh...Guliani is being investigated, too.

9. Actually, Feinstein says, in the letter...at the link...

that Comey may have to be subpoenaed. She will compel anyone who refuses, to testify.

If he doesn't answer, he can be held in contempt.

Of course he could pull an Ollie North and just answer "I don't recall".

Problem for Sessions is there are pictures of him with Kislyak at times Sessions says he did not see him.
